Dr. Bell performs all cosmetic surgery in our private operating facility right here at The Royal Centre of Plastic Surgery. We only hire seasoned, highly trained surgical staff and recovery room nurses; all staff on hand for your surgery, including registered nurses and board-certified anesthesiologists, join us from Royal Victoria Hospital.
