Amy is a Nurse Practitioner who brings 15 years of nursing experience to GraceMed. She completed her undergraduate BScN degree and RN designation from the University of Ottawa in 2008, and went on to complete her Masters in Nursing and Nurse Practitioner degree at the University of Toronto in 2013. She worked for 8 years as a Nurse Practitioner in Family Medicine and Community Care settings before switching to Medical Aesthetics full time in 2021.

Amy has always had a passion for science and skin care, and loves the way the two complement each other in the field of Aesthetic Medicine. She has completed numerous courses and trainings in neuromodulators and dermal fillers, and continues to pursue educational opportunities to advance her knowledge and technique. Amy specializes in enhancing her clients natural beauty by using a less is more approach. She prides herself on being client centred, and includes a comprehensive clinical assessment prior to all treatments with safety and comfort as a top priority.  Her goal is to give both women and men an enjoyable experience that leaves them feeling more confident in their appearance.

Amy lives in Barrie with her husband and two young children. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family, gardening, camping and the occasional round of golf.
